Geoff is responsible for leading the design of residential and mixed-use schemes in the UK (London & SE). 被dual-qualified, Geoff brings experience in architecture and landscape, especially as a contributor to place-making. With a passion for design excellence, he specialises in early-stage conceptual design, working with clients and stakeholders to transform an initial brief into feasible and implementable design options, then taking these projects on to planning, 最大化发展价值. Alongside this he also contributes commercial experience and expertise in delivery, managing programmes to budget whilst delivering best value.
Geoff has worked on developments worth £1b+ in value. Working with some of the largest developers in the UK, his knowledge of private apartments through to social housing has provided him with best practice knowledge in this sector, yet has also delivered award-winning libraries, schools and healthcare buildings.
